This is a Jeep J-12 concept (1 of 6 new concepts) that the Chrysler Group LLC unveiled in March 2012. With its contours and sleek design, "it bears a strong resemblance to the Jeep Gladiator pickups of the 1960s":
Anyway, reminiscing aside, "the J-12 concept starts with a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited and extends the rear 18 inches, making the cargo box six feet in length. Mopar additions boost the off-road muscle, and traction is handled through 36-inch tires mounted on 16-inch steel wheels."
Plus, "the J-12's bold red, white, and black interior is accented by plaid fabric. The custom hood and front fender set was created as a nod to aficionados of the Jeep Gladiator series trucks":
